Healthy Snack

This is so easy - delicious and healthy.
Ingredients:
apples - any kind
organic or freshly ground peanut butter
chopped or sliced nuts - any kind

Slice a Macintosh apple or cut in chunks
spread with freshly ground peanut butter
dip into sliced almonds

Organic or freshly ground peanut butter works the best (and is better for you) since it is thicker it sticks to the apple. You can substitute raisins or craisins for the nuts. It almost looks too pretty to eat.
